After being delayed at the dock by high winds, We headed out late morning with Graham and his crew.  We were able to quickly dial in and box 15 Walleye before an afternoon storm chased us back to the dock.  The fish remained in the same size range as previous outings.  The program remained the same as the previous day with the dipseys taking several bites.

     We headed out on a rough lake with Bill, Josh and David.  With 2 crew members stricken with the Lake Erie flu they fought through it and managed to end the day going 14 for 19 on Walleye and adding a bonus Steelhead to the box.  The fish remained in the same size range as the previous day.  The program remained the same with several rigger and dipsey fish.

     We fished the day with Mark, Marcus and Andrew on a choppy lake.  We managed to go 13 for 17 on Walleye before a case of the Lake Erie Flu sent us back to the dock.  Fish averaged in the 5 – 7 # range with the biggest of the day going 10 #s.  Program consisted of weighted deep divers on one side and 5 LC with medium and deep divers on the other side.  The riggers and dipseys continued to be steady.

We headed out NW with Dean, Joe and Tom.  After a bumpy ride we attempted to set lines with each line in getting bit.  We managed to go 18 for 22, boating their 3 man limit of 18 Walleye by mid-morning.  The program remained the same as previous outings with 5 LC w/ shallow sticks and weighted deep divers taking the majority.  The riggers and dipsey’s also remained steady.  Fish remained in the 5 – 7 #s, with the biggest of the day going 9.5#s.

We left the marina and pointed the boat to the mark from the previous day with Penne and Nick.  We set lines and the bite was on, a pass and a half was all it took to punch two tickets of Walleye.  We finished by mid-morning going 16 for 21 on Walleye (boxing 12 and sending 4 back for another day).  The fish once again 5-7 pound class with the biggest of the day going 10#s.  Opposite of the previous day 5 LC was key with shallow and medium diver plugs, dipseys and riggers remained steady.

We headed NW of the point with Rod, his two sons Chase and Dawson, and their grandfather.  After some searching, the bite was on with steady action.  We proceeded to finish the day going 22 for 29 on Walleye adding a bonus 7# Brown trout to the box.  The fished averaged in the 5-7 pound class with the biggest of the day going 10#s.  Weighted Reef Runners on mono was the key with riggers and dipseys also producing several fish. 

We headed out west of the point, on a walleye chop, with Shannon, Sheena, Parker and Mya.  We set up finding a ferocious Walleye bite, with a day filled with multiple doubles, a triple and even a quad, we managed to 27 for 29 on Walleye, boxing their 4 man limit of 24 and tossing three back for another day.  We also added a bonus Steelhead to the box.  This was a total crew effort with the biggest fish of the day, a massive 11#er, being winched in via 5 colors of lead by Parker.  The fish averaged in the 7-8# range.  5 LC with shallow sticks were none stop with a steady diver bite along with the riggers pitching in a few.   

We headed out for a day of fishing with Adam and Krystal on rough lake conditions.  After a long, slow bumpy ride sawing through the waves, we turned the boat for a long slide with the waves.  Despite the rough lake, the fish were biting.  We managed to go 9 for 12 on Walleye by 10:am, when the crew decided to call it day.  The fish remained in the same size range as the previous day with biggest going 9#s.  The program remained the same as the previous day. 

We headed out NW of the point for a day of fishing with Keith and Ty.  We set up and the first rod in the water gets bit on the way out.  We found steady action from there going 13 for 18 on Walleye, boxing their 2 man limit of 12 walleye and sending one back for another day.  Fish averaged in the 5 - 6 # range with the biggest of the day going 10#s.  The program consisted of 5 LC w/ shallow sticks on one side and clean deep diving plugs on the other.  Dipseys and riggers also pitched in a few.

I headed out this morning with First Mate Ron to do some scouting.  We set up at a familiar spot east of the point for a few hours of fishing.  We managed to boat 8 walleyes while experimenting with a variety of baits and presentations, calling it a day before noon.
